Terms of Use: Delivery, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

TOPUP AND EARN

  • - Any user who has created an account with TopUp and Earn and has deposited funds via any of our channels (cash deposit in bank, bank wire transfer, or card payment on TopUp and Earn website / portal / app), can make transactions for any services available on TopUp and Earn platform within the limit of their deposit.
  • - Funds deposited via a card payment are credited to your account immediately. Funds deposited via other channels are credited within minutes during standard working hours (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm except public holidays), and in the morning of the first business day if a deposit was effected on a day-off.
  • - All payments are processed in Nigerian local currency i.e. Naira. Available balance is also displayed in Naira.
  • - Transactions are processed online instantly. Once completed, a confirmation message informs you of a successful payment.
  • - Each transaction holds a unique Transaction ID which is used to track and identify all transactions conducted on TopUp and Earn platform. This ID is important for a number of reasons, including dispute resolution.
  • - We strive to keep our service up and running at all times. However, due to the nature of e-payment channels, downtimes of service providers’ platforms may occur from time to time. We keep our users informed of temporary unavailability of any services via pop-up notifications and emails. As a general rule, downtimes do not last more than 1 – 2 hours.
  • - You are unable to perform transactions during a downtime, and no funds are deducted.
  • - You can access a full list of your successful transactions on your app / portal. If you believe that the list is inaccurate, you must inform us within 30 days of the date of any transaction you dispute. Otherwise, it is deemed that you agree with the status of all your transactions, and TopUp and Earn reserves the right to reject any claims.
  • - If you have doubts about any transaction that was carried out from your account, you shall notify us as soon as possible so that we could investigate.
  • - If we identify a problem on our side, we will take action immediately:
  • - If the transaction failed, but funds were deducted from your account, we will either reimburse your account, or repeat the transaction (whatever option you will prefer).
  • - If the transaction was successful, but funds were deducted incorrectly (for example, twice the amount of payment), we will reimburse your account;
  • - If the transaction was successful, but funds were not deducted, we reserve the right to deduct them after communicating this information to you and getting your confirmation.
  • - If we do not find any problem on our side, then you need to contact a relevant service provider. We have no liability beyond that of a payment agent.
  • - The Transaction ID and transaction details will be requested to review your claim.
  • - TopUp and Earn is not responsible for the quality of services you purchase. All the claims in this regard should be addressed to the relevant service provider.
  • - We can’t cancel any transactions once they are successfully completed, therefore we advise you to carefully examine all transaction details before submitting it for payment.
  • - In case you entered a wrong phone number / account details and the payment was sent to a wrong person, you need to contact a relevant service provider to find out if the issue can be resolved. TopUp and Earn is not responsible for the information you enter, it is only responsible for processing transactions.
  • - We provide an E-wallet platform for registration and TopUp.

SALARY4LIFE(SAVINGS)

  • - Salary4life is a cooperative society run for the benefit of our members. When you take out a savings account with us, you will become a member of salary4life. By opening an account, not only do you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for your account, but you also agree to be bound by our Rules.
  • -Activation Fee is #1000/$3
  • -Note: We Invest your savings in our Topup and Earn business, where we earn 5% profit and give you 2.5%.
  • -You are to save either ₦1,500, #3000, #5000, #10,000 and #20,000 weekly for 24 weeks and introduce not less than two persons to save in the same manner for not less than 20 weeks to enable you cash out with your additional percentage and other profits as stated at the salary4life commission, https://topupandearn.com/savings-commission
  • -This account is a savings account, which is meant to be used to help you save money for at least 24 weeks. This account is not intended for making day-to-day transactions. If you want an account to use for day-to-day transactions, please contact us, as this is unlikely to be the right account for you.
  • -Protecting the security of your account:
  • -Keep you passwords and other security information secret. Don't write them down in an obvious place or in a way that someone else might understand. If you think someone else knows them or is using them without your permission, tell us as soon as you can. Let us know straight away if you don't receive something you were expecting from us.
  • -Check your transactions regularly by looking at your statements and tell us straight away if there's anything you weren't expecting or you don't recognise.
  • -Follow any instructions we give you about protecting your account, but make sure you take sensible precautions to check that they are genuine instructions from us and not a fraudster. Remember that we will never ask you to reveal your PIN or your full security details to any of our staff.
  • -We may stop all activity or specific payments or withdrawals on your account if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity on your account.
  • -We may also refuse to carry out a withdrawal on your account if you are unable to make the withdrawal as set out in the rule.
  • -We will reasonably believe that you did not give us the instruction; your instructions are unclear, incomplete or the details of the account you want it to go to are incorrect or there is not enough money in your account or we have been put on notice of a dispute or we have notified you that we intend to exercise our right of set-off.
  • -We can suspend or cancel your right to use your passwords or login details if we suspect your security information is being used without your authorisation or fraudulently; or we have concerns relating to the security of the device you have used to request the payment.
  • -Conclusion. You should communicate any suspected violations of this rule promptly to the management. Violations will be taken seriously and investigated by the management or by a person or persons designated by the management and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken in the event of any violations of the rule.
