This is to inform you that your topup commissions and Refferal Bonuses will now appear in your salary4life Account.

Steps to View your Salary4life Account.

      - Login to your account
      - CLick on "System Wallet" and click on "Salary4life"
      - Your Salary4life account will automatically display, showing your recently earned "Topup Commission and Refferal Bonuses".


HOW TO ACTIVITATE YOUR SALARY4LIFE FOR TRANSACTION PURPOSE :

In order to use your salary4life for registration or other transactions, you need transfer your salary4life into your System Ewallet.

Steps to transfer your Salary4life into your System Ewallet.

      - Login to your account
      - CLick on "System Wallet" and click on "Self Transfer"
      - In "From Wallet" Option Box, Select "Saving Balance".
      - In "To Wallet" Option Box, Select "System Balance".
      - Type in the account you want to transfer and click "Transfer" Button.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON SUBSCRIPTION

      - It is advisable to recharge a day before the "Expiration" of your subscription
      - It is advisable to "Power On" your decoder before recharging.
      - As soon as you subscribe, it is advisable to check your "Back Office" to confirm if the transaction is successful or not.
      - As soon as your subscription is confirmed successful but Decoder is not coming up kindly contact service privider to activate your subscription within one minutes 08039003788 ( This is applicable to Gotv and Dstv Subscribers).

      Note: if you change from one bouquet to another you must contact the customer care to upgrade your Decoder.


HOW TO CHECK YOUR PURCHASE HISTORY

      - Login to your "Back office
      - CLick on "Purchase History.
      - Select the Purchase date and click "Filter."
      - Check the status of the Purchase to confirm if the purchase is completed succesfully or not.
          - If the purchase is incomplete or still processing, under "Action", click on the displayed button and select either "Retry" to reprocess the purchase or click "Refund" to refund your money back to your System Ewallet Account.


NOTE:

In case there is a slight network issues during Subscription or TopUp or Transfer, Do not click on the "Make Payment" button more than once, to avoid double deduction. Kindly login to your account, click on purchase history to confirm if the purchase is completed successfully.
